Just a reminder for everyone that identity thieves are getting better and becoming more sophisticated all the time, and that documents should be transmitted using my secure document portal. If you e-mail information, I still receive it, but e-mail is not a secure way to transmit your documents to me.

I respectfully request that you do not text any documents or information pertaining to your tax return. Any documents or information sent via text will be deleted and you will receive a request to re-send via the portal. Documents with potentially sensitive information on my phone can easily be stolen so I delete such texts immediately.

You are welcome to call Monday through Saturday, from 8:00 am to 8:00 pm PST. I will always get back to you within 24 hours, except If you call on a Saturday when I am not working, it may take 48 hours. Please, no phone calls or texts on Sunday.

You are welcome to email me or send documents via the portal any time you wish, seven days a week, 24 hours a day.

Cash, check, Zelle, or using the payment link I send are all acceptable methods of payment. Checks sent by your bank may take up to 2 weeks and can delay the filing of your return.
